THE METHOD
SLO x FORM offers a 50 minute low-impact yet high-intensity full-body workout. The workout is performed on a machine called an XFormer that uses spring load tension for resistance. SLO x FORM marries modern Pilates with strength training. The method is focused on fatiguing your muscles through slow, controlled movements to build lean muscle. Our classes are designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone your entire body!
SLO x FORM blends strength training and cardio by using constant, controlled movement with minimal rest, raising your heart rate through spring resistance and dynamic exercises.
